• Date: August 29, 2026
• Location: 100 Riverfront Park Rd., Sayre, PA
• Open To: All ages, beginners welcome
• Strollers: Welcome: no dogs allowed

Course Information

• Trail Type: Mixed trail and road experience
• Facilities: Restrooms available, at least one water stop
• Packet Pick-Up: August 28th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm (Location TBD)
• Race Schedule: Flag ceremony at 8:00 am, Kids Fun Run at 8:15 am, 5k run/walk at 8:30 am

• Early Registration Fee: $25 (by August 1st, includes free t-shirt)
• Packet Pick-Up Fee: $30
• Payment Methods: Cash or checks accepted on 8/28 and 8/29

Awards Ceremony

• Categories: Top men’s and women’s awards for several age groups
• Age Groups: Under 12, 13-17, 18-22, 23-30, 30-39, 40-49, 50-64, 65+
• Special Prize: Overall Top Man and Woman
• Ceremony Time: Shortly after the race

Kids’ Fun Run

• Distance: Approximately 400 meters
• Age Range: Youth ages 2-10
• Participation Prize: Every child receives a prize
• Playground: New playground available at the park

About Great Falls Council

Great Falls Council, Scouting America (formally known as Boy Scouts of America) provides a well-rounded program that promotes physical, mental, and emotional development while fostering a lifelong love of learning and adventure. We currently serve over 5,000 youth across the six districts in our council. This race is hosted in Bradford County, which is part of the Winding Rivers District of Great Falls Council. The Winding Rivers District serves over 470 Scouts and recruits year-round. Money raised from this race will help keep costs down for families and help provide a program that youth can use throughout their lives. Scouts is open to all youth ages 5-17 with opportunities to join a Venture Crew until age 20.
