• Staffing: Due to the size of our events, we typically have only one or two staff members at each race.
• Emergency Services: EMS is not stationed on site: please plan accordingly.
• Water Stations: Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
• Preparation: Be sure to plan for the weather and bring anything you may need between laps.
