Event Information
Mark your calendars! The Auburn Toys for Tots 5K/10K returns on Saturday, December 12th, held in coordination with the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program and the City of Auburn Department of Public Safety. Start the holiday season in a festive mood with a 5K, 10K or 1-Mile Fun Run!
- Bring a Toy: All participants are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help brighten the holidays for children in need.
- Donations: Toys for Tots donations are more important than ever due to the weak economy and financial hardship faced by many families.
- Community Spirit: By joining the Toys for Tots Race, you’ll help bring our community together to share the true spirit of giving.
- Registration Deadline: Register online by November 30th to receive a souvenir festive t-shirt!
Location
The race will start at Wrights Mill Road Elementary with an 8:00 AM start for the 1-Mile followed by the 5K and 10K at 8:30 AM.
Registration Fees
- Early Bird Registration: 9/1/26-9/30/26: 1-Mile ($20), 5K ($30), 10K ($40).
- Regular Registration: 10/1/26-10/31/26: 1-Mile ($23), 5K ($35), 10K ($45).
- Late Registration: 11/1/26-12/8/26: 1-Mile ($27), 5K ($40), 10K ($50).
- Very Late/Race Day Registration: 12/9/26-12/12/26: 1-Mile ($35), 5K ($50), 10K ($65), Online only (no cash or checks).
Packet Pickup
- Early Packet Pickup: Friday, December 11th at TCBY, Auburn from 4:00-6:00 PM.
- Very Late Registrations: Packet pickup on race day.
- Race Day Packet Pickup: 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM at Wrights Mill Road Elementary.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00-7:45: Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration.
- 8:00: 1-Mile Start.
- 8:30: 5K/10K Start.
Award Categories
10K Award Categories: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall Male and Female along with top Male and Female in age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up.
5K Award Categories: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall Male and Female along with top Male and Female in age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up.
* All awards must be picked up at the event. Final official results will be posted with 48 hours race completion at Results Link.
Parking
Available at WMR Elementary, across the street at the Town Creek Inclusive Playground, and at the parking lot across from Town Creek Park.
Water Stops
Water/Gatorade will be available every 1-1/2 miles.
Additional Information
- Please remember to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be distributed to less fortunate children.
- Refunds are not allowed for this race.
