Welcome to Alpine Trail Race Series Season 3 (ATRS 3.0)
Race Course:
- Stunning Trail: Join us and enjoy one of the most beautiful off-road trails in Cincinnati.
- Park Size: Mt. Airy Forest is the largest park in Cincinnati with nearly 1,500 acres.
- Exploration: The park features a vast trail system to explore.
- Race Updates: The race course will get updated 2 weeks before the race.
Race Routes:
- 5K Race Route: A scenic short-distance trail run.
- 10K Race Route: A challenging route for more experienced runners.
- Half-Marathon: Comprised of 2 loops of the 10K route.
- 30K: Involves 3 loops of the 10K route.
Race Information:
- Start Time: The race starts at 8:00 AM.
- BIB Pickup: Begins 30 minutes before and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
- Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
- Themed Races: Our 5K and 10K runs feature fun themes.
Awards and Prizes:
- Series Points: All runners will receive series points towards yearly awards.
- Travel Opportunity: Winners in each category will have a travel opportunity.
- Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive themed finisher medals.
- Costume Contest: Costumes are encouraged with a Best Costume Award.
Discounts:
- Youth Discount: We offer a 15% discount for anyone under 20.
Course Time Limit:
- Time Limit: 5 hours to complete the race.
Race Rules:
- Non-Refundable: Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
- Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
- No Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the course.
- Walkers Welcome: Walkers are always welcome.
ATRS Rules and Regulations:
- Series Duration: The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31.
- Points System: Points are awarded for placements in each age category.
- Awards Distribution: Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.
- Live Race Point Chart: Points are awarded based on placements and participation.
Additional Information:
- Live Race Point Chart: 1st place = 20 points, 2nd place = 18 points, etc.
- Participation Points: Every participant earns 2 points.
