• Overview: We hope you’ll join us for the 15th annual Jack’s Forever 3 “Still Running” 5K Run/Walk. The theme of this year’s race is “Still Running” because that’s what Jack loved to do!
• Family Friendly: This race is for both serious runners and families. Kids will enjoy a kids corner with games and a “Fun Run”.
• Support: The outpouring of support from family, friends and the community is sincerely appreciated. Thank you for your participation!

💖 About Jack's Forever 3 Foundation

• Mission: Jack’s Forever 3 Foundation, Inc. was founded in memory of our only son, Jack Allan Carpenter.
• Purpose: The Foundation was established to promote driver awareness, after a tragedy as a result of a distracted driver.
• Community Focus: The Foundation is also dedicated to improving the lives of children in our community.
• Legacy: Hoping to put smiles on their faces the way Jack always put one on ours.

• 8:45: Welcome
• 9:00: Runners Start, Walkers Start shortly after the runners
• Fun Run: Free Kid’s Fun Run after the 5K

• Categories: Male and Female Runners and Walkers
• Age Groups: 14/under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over

🏅 Awards

• Categories: Awards to overall male and female runner and walker
• Divisions: 1st place in all runner and walker divisions

🍔 Post Race Activities

• Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments after the race.
• Kids Run: Participate in the Kids run.

• $20: Pre-Registration Without Shirt
• $30: Pre-Registration With Shirt
• $40: Race Day Registration With Shirt (while supplies last)
• Monetary Donation: Option available. Additional T-Shirts available for $10 on the day of the race.
