The CAVE SPRING Arts Festival 5K is Back!!

• Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
• 5K Start Time: 8:15 AM
• 1 Mile Run/Walk Start Time: 9:00 AM
• Awards Ceremony: 9:15 AM

Race Registration Fees

• 5K Run: $30 (*$40 on Day of Race)
• 1 Mile Run: $25 (*$30 on Day of Race)
• 1 Mile Walk: $20
• Group Registrations: Encouraged for personalized team trophies!

• Festival: 50th Annual for the Arts and Crafts Festival
• Free Entry: Race T-shirt grants free entry to the Festival and Cave Spring pool
• Beneficiary: Proceeds benefit historical preservation and educational programs.

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

• Date & Time: Friday, June 12th, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Location: Pavilion at Rolater Park in Cave Spring
• Race Morning Packet Pick-Up: Available from 6:30 AM under the gazebo by the Train Caboose
• Note: Pick-up before race day helps ease race morning stress!

Awards

• Handcrafted Awards: Made by local craftsman John Johnston.
• 5K Awards: Includes top overall male and female, along with age group winners.
• 1 Mile Run: Awards for overall winners and special mentions.
• Team Trophy: Personalized awards for groups of 5 or more who register early.

Course Description

This USATF-certified course starts on Love Street near the downtown caboose and winds through charming neighborhoods and historical areas, returning to the town square by the historic Vann Cherokee cabin. The course is mostly flat with a few rolling hills.
