Registration Information
- Early Bird Rate: Registration is now OPEN! Early Bird price runs through Sun., October 18th. Price increases on Monday, October 19th.
- 5K Pre-race Registration Fees: Ages 18 & UNDER - Early Bird Rate is $25, until Oct. 18th…after that, it’s $30.
- Adult Registration: Early Bird Rate is $30, until Oct. 18th…after that, it’s $35.
- Race Day Rates: $40 for BOTH the 5K & 3K (Note: We cannot guarantee T-shirt size if you register AFTER NOVEMBER 14th).
Pre-Race Packet Pickup & Race Shirts
For those who have pre-registered, we highly encourage you to pick up your race packet & t-shirt either Tuesday, November 23rd, from 12:00 Noon – 7:00 PM OR Wednesday, November 24th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the GoGo Running/The Shoe Box store.
Race Course Support
- Restrooms: Available in the area before/after race
- Water Stations: Water will be provided at stations on course
- Lead Bike: A lead biker will guide front of race runners in 5K
- Medical: EMT’s will be available for basic first aid at finish area
5K Awards
Overall awards in the 5K will be presented to the following:
- Top 3 Overall: M&F
- Top Master: M&F
- Everyone: Receives a Finisher Medal!
Parking on Race Day
There is plenty of FREE parking available at the AdventHealth Stadium parking lots.
Dogs & Strollers
For the safety of the 5K runners, dogs and strollers are not permitted with runners on the 5K route. Dogs on leashes are allowed for the 3K Feel Whole Stroll.
Cancelation / Weather / Refunds
This event will be held rain or shine, warm or cold weather unless event organizers determine in conjunction with local authorities that conditions necessitate cancelation.
