Welcome to the 14th Annual Moonlight Meltdown Run/Walk, brought to you by The Snow Runners LTD & Belgium Fire and Rescue Dept.
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, April 24th 2027
- Location: 129 Spring Street, Belgium, WI
- Race Options: Choose from our 3 awesome races: Moonlight Meltdown 5k, Sunset Safari 10k, and Lakeview Half Marathon 13.1!
- Chip-Timed Events: Start and finish at Kyote's Bar and Grill in Belgium.
Post-Race Experience
- Inclusions: Each runner will receive a Custom Race T-shirt, complimentary food & drink.
- Prize: Chance to win a cash raffle following the race at Kyotes Post-Race Party.
- Support: All proceeds go towards Belgium Fire and Rescue Dept., Snow Runners LTD, and TBD.
Race Options
Lakeview Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - Starts at 4:40 PM
- Course Highlights: An awesome mix of rural views, lake views, and the stunning landscape of Lake Michigan, plenty of fields, farms, and animals, even a buffalo farm.
- Water Stations: Lakeview Half Marathon has 6 water stations throughout the course located at key distances.
- Wildlife: Enjoy beautiful views of Quarry Lake, surrounded by wildlife throughout Harrington Beach State Park.
Sunset Safari 10K (6.2 miles) - Starts at 6:50 PM
- Course Description: A 5.0 mile road course with a 1.2 mile trail run through the majestic Harrington Beach State Park.
- Elevation Changes: Some elevation changes and beautiful scenery to make this course both awesome and challenging!
- Water Stations: Sunset Safari has 3 water stations placed throughout the course for your convenience.
Moonlight Meltdown 5K (3.1 miles) - Starts at 8:00 PM
- Course Type: A very fast, flat road race through the streets of Belgium, featuring well-lit paths by Moonlight and LED lights.
- Post-Race Party: Finishes back at Kyotes with a lively post-race party.
- Water Stations: Moonlight Meltdown has 3 water stations strategically located throughout the course.
