• Swag: Coveted t-shirt hoodie shirt, swag thanks to our amazing sponsors, and finisher food/drink.
• Finisher's Award: All COT runners get a finisher's award.
• Deadline: Please note that registrants registering after October 2, 2025 are not guaranteed a shirt.

🌳 Course Information

• Greenbelt System: Courses utilize the Boise Greenbelt system.
• Conditions: The river can be unpredictable: be aware of challenges like sidewalk construction, sinkholes, and flooding.
• Wildlife: During the run, you may encounter wildlife that could cause a delay in your progress and/or change in your planned route.
• Experience: Take a moment to enjoy the amazing sounds this course creates.
