About this race
Building Up: Partnering in Health and Wholeness is a nonprofit organization based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, advancing sustainable, community-led health care in underserved regions.
This event supports Tsiyon Family Hospital in Sayyi, Uganda, a fully operational, 24/7 medical facility staffed by a local care team and serving thousands of patients who previously lacked access to nearby health care.
While the hospital is open and providing essential services, we are raising funds to fully equip the operating room, enabling life-saving surgeries, emergency care, and safe deliveries to take place on-site.
You Can Help Complete This Mission!
Your support strengthens a vital health care lifeline for the Sayyi community and ensures timely, dignified care when it matters most.
