The annual 5-mile Market Street Run for Blue will be held on a Sunday in October 2026. You can run 5 Miles OR walk 3 Miles. There will be no virtual option, but you can purchase a shirt to be mailed to you. This is your chance to show your support of the dedicated officers of the Philadelphia Police Department. Please show your support for those who protect and serve our city!
Updates this year due to Construction: The race starts and finishes at Front and Dock Streets next to the Philadelphia Marriott Old City. It will end with a Street Festival at Front and Dock Street (with roads closed for food, fun, and awards).
Note: Race Course finish has changed, see the map here for updates. Jogging Strollers are welcome!
Bib/Shirt Pick Up for in-person participants only will take place inside the Old City Marriott (Front and Dock Streets) on the following days/times:
All paid participants will receive a Market Street 'Run for Blue' performance long-sleeve dri-fit race shirt. Finisher Medals are not guaranteed after September 15th, so register early to ensure you get a medal at the finish line.
Celebrate with the Mounted Unit horses, K9s and Wawa after the race. Coffee, pastries, and more from our sponsor Wawa. Also, Live music from our sponsor 93.3 WMMR radio. This will be fun for everyone!
The race will be professionally timed by the Bryn Mawr Racing Co.; Results will be found at www.brynmawrracing.com.
