- Check-in Time: Arrive 25-30 minutes before the race for prompt 8:00am start.
- Restrooms: Limited facilities available: plan accordingly.
- Participants: Open to all skill levels: welcome from outside Black Diamond.
- Course: Hand-timed on an open course: post-race snacks provided.

Results and Awards
- Scoring: Cross country style, based on position, not time.
