Event Overview
A family friendly run/walk benefiting Fred Hutch. We hope you’ll join us outside on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Magnuson Park for our in-person event or from your own neighborhood.

- Options: 5K or 1 mile for in-person event: virtual distance of your choice
- Cause: Funds and awareness for multiple myeloma cancer research
Registration Details
All registrants will receive custom race bib, safety pins, and sticker.
- Deadline: Must register by June 10 for guaranteed shirt size
- Additional Registrations: After June 10 cannot be guaranteed

Event Questions
- When and Where: In-person at Magnuson Park on June 28 at 9:30 am or virtually from home
- Cost: Free for patients and survivors: $35-45 for adults: $15 for kids 10 and under
- Distance: Choose between 5K or 1 mile for in-person
- Time Limit: No time limit—support until last person finishes
Additional Amenities
- Hydration: Water stations available along the course
- Food: Snacks provided at finish line
- Strollers: Allowed: please start at the back
- Dogs: Welcomed if well-behaved and on a short leash

About Multiple Myeloma
Multiple myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow. Symptoms include low blood counts, bone issues, and frequent infections.
- Treatments: Chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and emerging research into immunotherapy
- Awareness: Despite being the second most common blood cancer, funding and treatment options are limited
- Progress: Ongoing research at Fred Hutch is vital for new treatment options
