Dogwood Dash

COURSE

• Type: A beautiful scenic loop course (3.1 miles) on paved trails through the Boone County Arboretum.

PACKET PICK-UP & REGISTRATION

• When: Pick up your race number and packet on Friday, April 24th from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
• Location: Tri-State Running (Florence Location) or prior to the race on Saturday morning, beginning at 7:30am.

ENTRY FEES (ALL CATEGORIES)

• Pre-registration: $25.00 (No shirt)
• Pre-registration with shirt: $35.00 (newly designed shirt)
• Race Day: $30.00 (No shirt)

ENTRY FEE KIDS FUN RUN

• Pre-registration: $5 (no shirt)
• Pre-registration with shirt: $15.00

RACE DAY REGISTRATION

• Time: Opens at 7:30 a.m.
• Location: Boone County Arboretum, 9190 Camp Ernst Road, Union KY.

RACE

• Start Time: Race will start at 9 AM!
• Note: Please, no strollers or dogs in race.

DIRECTIONS

• Route: From Interstate 75, take KY 18, Exit 181, and head west toward Burlington.
• Distance: Travel approximately 3 miles. Exit on right, then turn left overtop of KY 18 and onto Camp Ernst Road. Go 4.5 miles.
• Destination: Boone County Arboretum at Central Park is on the left.

KIDS FUN RUN

• Eligibility: Kids 7 and under.
• Timing: Immediately following completion of 5K.

5K RUN CATEGORIES

• Gender: Male and Female
• Age Groups: 15/under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80/over.

5K WALKERS

• Gender: Male & Female
• Age Groups: 29/under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80/over.
• Note: Walkers must walk the entire distance. Any participant who plans on running through any part of the course must register as a runner.

AWARDS

• Overall Awards: Top 2 overall males and females, runners and walkers.
• Age Division Awards: The top two females/males in each age category win an award.
• Provider: Awards provided by Tri-State Running Company.

FOLLOWING THE RACE

• Refreshments: Available for participants.
• Awards: Ceremony for winners.
• Door Prizes: Participant door prizes will be given.
