Course Details

• Trail: Follows the Old Roundhouse Trail, concluding just north of the water tower in Elma.
• Course Type: One of the flattest, fastest, scenic, and certified (IA 10011MF) courses in Northeast Iowa.
• 10K Info: Starts at the finish line, runs out to Lylah's Marsh (3.1 miles), then turns around back to Elma (6.2 miles).
• 5K Info: Participants will be bussed to Lylah's Marsh and run into Elma.

Entry Fees

• 5K Early Bird: $20.00 (before May 31, 2026)
• 5K Registration: $25.00 (June 1 to July 3, 2026)
• 5K Late Registration: $30.00 (July 3 to July 10, 2026: no guarantee for a shirt/goody bag)
• 5K Same-Day Registration: $35.00 (July 11, 2026: no guarantee for a shirt/goody bag)

10K Entry Fees

• 10K Early Bird: $25.00 (before May 31, 2026)
• 10K Registration: $30.00 (June 1 to July 3, 2026)
• 10K Late Registration: $35.00 (July 3 to July 10, 2026: no guarantee for a shirt/goody bag)
• 10K Same-Day Registration: $40.00 (July 11, 2026: no guarantee for a shirt/goody bag)

Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, July 10, 2026
• Location: Memorial Hall
• Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Dri-Fit Shirts: No shirts available after July 1st

Race Day Information

• 5:45 AM: Memorial Hall opens for packet pickup and same-day registration (check prices)
• 6:20 AM: First shuttle bus departs for Lylah's Marsh (5K start)
• 6:45 AM: Late Registration/packet pickup ends
• 7:00 AM: Last shuttle bus leaves Elma
• 7:30 AM: 5K/10K Race begins
• 8:00 AM: Breakfast begins
• 9:15 AM: Awards and medals presentation at Elma Memorial Hall (approximately)
• 11:00 AM: Parade begins and other events continue throughout the day

Important Notes

• Shuttle Bus: Last Shuttle Bus leaves Elma at 7:00 AM: Race starts promptly at 7:30 AM.
• Shirt Details: Standard cotton shirt included in the entry fee. Dri-fit shirts available for an additional $5.00.
• Extra Fees: $3.00 charge for 3XL or tall sizes for Dri-fit shirts.
