Spring training is here!
We are excited to be training after a cold and icy winter!
We have been offering beginner 5K training since we first opened in 2006. Our award-winning training program has been recognized for its excellence by New Balance Incorporated. We design our training for the true beginner and help you transition from walking to running. We use interval training (a mix of walking and running) so that your body learns to adapt to longer run intervals over time. By the end of the 8 weeks of training, you will be amazed at how much progress you have made!
Registration Fee: $99 through 3/8; $150 through 4/14
Includes: Full training plan, 2 coached workouts per week. training shirt, $250 in coupons
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday April 7th 6PM Fleet Feet Clemmons
First Practice: Tuesday April 14th 6PM
Group Practices: Tuesdays 6PM / Saturdays 8AM
Goal Race: The Big Run Saturday June 6th
