Downtown Jingle 5K

🎉 2026 Downtown Jingle 5K

Ring in the holiday season at the Annual Downtown Jingle 5K, set for December 13th, 2026. The Kids Elves Run kicks off at 9:30am on Memorial Blvd in Providence, followed by the 5K Run/Walk at 10am.

• Toy Collection: We'll once again be collecting toys for Toys for Tots at Marathon Sports at Packet Pickup.
• Timing: All participants will be chip-timed. Walkers are always welcome!
• T-Shirts: T-shirts for all entrants registered online. Race day registrants are not guaranteed a race shirt.

• Downtown Jingle 5K and Virtual 5K: $32 to 7/31/2026, $34 8/1/2026 to 10/31/2026, $36 11/1/2026 to 12/12/2026
• Kids Elves Run: $16 to 7/31/2026, $17 8/1/2026 to 10/31/2026, $18 11/1/2026 to 12/27/2026
• Online Entries Close: At 8:00 P.M. on 12/12/2026

🏃‍♂️ On-Site Registration & Packet Pickup

• Friday, December 11, 2026 // 12 Noon - 6pm: Marathon Sports, Level One at Providence Place next to J. Crew and The North Face. Entry fee: 5K: $38. Kids race: $20
• Friday, December 12, 2026 // Noon - 6pm: Same location.
• Saturday, December 13, 2026 // 10am – 5pm: Same location. Walk up registrations welcome! Entry fee: 5K: $38. Kids race: $20
• Race Day, December 13, 2026 // 8:30am – 10am: Entry fee: 5K: $40. Kids race: $20. NOTE: The 5K starts at 10:00 a.m.

Please Note: Online Registration ends 12/27/2026 at 8:00 p.m. No refunds. No pets allowed. Participants with baby strollers are asked to line up at the back for safety reasons. Thank you.

🌐 Virtual Participants

If you are participating in the race virtually, we encourage you to pick up your race shirt from us at a Pre-Race Packet Pickup if you are able to. If you cannot make it, we will mail your shirt to the address provided on RunSignUp AFTER race day.

• Submitting Results: To submit your virtual results, visit RunRhody.com and select "Result" from the top navigation menu.
• Participation Counts: Virtual participation DOES count toward any of our race series.

5K Run

• Top 3: Individuals overall
• Age Winners: Winners (Under 19), Winners (age 20-29), Winners (age 30-39), Winners (age 40-49), Winners (age 50-59), Winners (age 60-69), Winners (age 70+)
• Award Scoring: Individual awards are scored on gun time. Team awards are scored from chip times.

Kids Run

• Top 3: Boys and girls.

Teams

• Unlimited Entries: Top 3 score for the award to the winning Team.
• Team Entry Fee: Same as individual fees.
