- Participation: Runners and walkers start together: arrive before the race starts.

Parking Information
- Parking: Street parking available, but watch for no parking signs.
- Enforcement: BHPD will tow anyone parked on no parking sides of the street.
- Race Course: Those no parking sides are part of the race course.
