The Walk With HER 5K brings our community together to celebrate women’s wellness, healing, and empowerment while raising awareness of the invisible burdens so many women carry every day.
Whether you’re walking your first mile, chasing a personal record, or simply supporting someone you love, every step helps create a future where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
This family-friendly event welcomes women, men, children, walkers, runners, community organizations, and corporate teams to come together for a morning of movement, encouragement, and purpose.
Every registration helps support the year-round work of the Invisible Woman Foundation, including wellness initiatives, healing experiences, educational programming, leadership development, and community resources that empower women to thrive.
