REGISTRATION

• Online Registration: Registration is available to all through RunSignup before the race.
• Closing Time: Online registration remains open until approximately 15 minutes before race start.
• In-person Registration: Can be done at the race. Hard copy registration sheets are also available on race day if needed.
• Minors Registration: May be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.

TRACK &: CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS AND COACHES

• Preregistration: Runners of all ages can preregister online using RunSignup (both ORRRC members and non-members).
• Permission Slips: Provide each student under age 18 with this Permission slip for groups of kids under 18.
• Parent Signature: Have their parent or guardian sign it prior to race day.
• Signed Slips: Collect and bring the signed permission slips to the race day registration table.

CHECK-IN

• Check-in Requirement: All participants must check-in before the race and attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes.
• Timing Chip Location: Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.
• Arrive Early: We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, check in, and warm-up prior to the race start.

FEES

• ORRRC Members: Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event).
• Non-Members: – $10 for ages 15 and up
• Free Registration: Free for ages 14 and under.
• Proof of Membership: Members, if you don't register through RunSignup, you absolutely MUST show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for the member fees! No exceptions!

AWARDS

• Overall Winners: First Overall Male/Female.
• Masters Awards: First Male/Female Masters (40 and over).
• Grand Master Awards: First Grand Master Male/Female (50 and over).
• Senior Awards: First Male/Female Senior (60 and over).

ANIMAL POLICY

Due to our insurance coverage, animals are not permitted at any ORRRC event. The only exception is service dogs, which must be clearly identified. Persons with any other animals will be removed from the event (will not be issued a timing chip, and will not appear in results or photos). We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
