REGISTRATION
- Online Registration: Available through RunSignup until approximately 15 minutes before race start.
- In-Person Registration: Allowed on race day.
- Hard Copy Registration: Sheets available on race day if needed.
- Minors Registration: Must be done by a parent/guardian on RunSignup or in-person with them present.
CHECK-IN
- Check-In Requirement: All participants must check-in before the race.
- Timing Chip: Attach to one of your shoes after check-in.
- Check-In Table: Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.
- Arrival Recommendation: Arrive at least one hour before the race.
FEES
- ORRRC Members: Run for free (fee waived when RSU membership profile is used or bring proof of membership).
- Non-Members Fees: $10 for ages 15 and up; Free for ages 14 and under.
- Proof of Membership: Must show proof on race day for member fees if not registered through RunSignup.

AWARDS
- Overall Awards: First Overall Male/Female.
- Masters Awards: First Male/Female 40 and over.
- Grand Master Awards: First Male/Female 50 and over.
- Senior Awards: First Male/Female 60 and over.
ANIMAL POLICY
- Animals Not Permitted: Due to insurance coverage, no animals at any ORRRC event.
- Service Dogs: Only exception; must be clearly identified.
- Removal Policy: Persons with non-service animals will be removed and not issued timing chips.
