ORRRC Cross Country Trail 5k

RACE DETAILS

• Race Start Time: 9:00am
• Parking: Watts Middle School, 7056 McEwen Road, Centerville, OH 45459
• Course: Trails through Grant Park
• Registration: Registration is available to all through RunSignup prior to the race. Online registration remains open until approximately 15 minutes before race start and can be done in-person at the race. Hard copy registration sheets are also available on race day if needed. Minors may be registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian or in-person with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.

CHECK-IN

• Check-In: All participants must check-in before the race and attach their assigned timing chip to one of their shoes. Look for the table with the green tablecloth to get your chip.
• Arrival: We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, check in, and warm-up prior to the race start.

FEES

• ORRRC Members: Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used, or bring your card/proof of membership to the event)
• Non-Members: – $10 for ages 15 and up: – Free for ages 14 and under
• Proof of Membership: Members, if you don't register through RunSignup, you absolutely MUST show proof of membership on race day to be eligible for the member fees! No exceptions!

AWARDS

• Overall Awards: First Overall Male/Female, First Male/Female Masters (40 and over), First Grand Master Male/Female (50 and over), and First Senior Male/Female (60 and over).
• Eligibility: Recipients of these overall awards are not eligible for the age group awards.
• Age Group Categories: We plan to use these 10 age group categories for additional top finisher awards for this race: 9 and under (non-competitive, all finishers are winners), 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & up.

ANIMAL POLICY

• General Rule: Due to our insurance coverage, animals are not permitted at any ORRRC event. The only exception is service dogs, which must be clearly identified.
• Compliance: Persons with any other animals will be removed from the event (will not be issued a timing chip, and will not appear in results or photos).
• Appreciation: We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
