Purpose
- Beneficiary: Local Food Pantry and Adirondack Health's Fit for Life Scholarship Fund
- Proceeds: All proceeds will benefit the local community
- Participation: Anticipating over 600 participants
- Participant Perk: All registered participants receive a long-sleeve Turkey Trot t-shirt!
Check-In Information
- Date: Nov 25, 2026, from 4-6 p.m.
- Alternate Check-In: Nov 26, from 6:30-8 a.m.
- Location: Beach House in Lake Placid
- Visual Cue: Look for our 12-foot inflatable turkeys!
Community Contribution
- Food Donations: Please bring 3 (or more) non-perishable food items!
- Prizes: Awards for first, second, and third place overall male and female finishers
- Special Challenge: "Stuff the turkey" challenge with a mystery Turkey Runner
- Bragging Rights: Win bragging rights at your Thanksgiving table!

- Course: Flat 5k course around Mirror Lake
- Registration: Day of registration from 6:30-8 a.m. for $45 Individual
- Kids Policy: Kids 10 and under run/walk/stroll FREE: they will receive a bib and a prize
