The Farmers 5000 is likely one of the very first school-based 5K fundraisers in the state of Colorado. Since 1981, serious racers and weekend warriors alike have been coming to Wheat Ridge High School to run the Farmers 5000!

• Starting and Finishing: in front of Wheat Ridge High School
• Course: This race winds through the surrounding neighborhoods
• Community Event: A true celebration of local spirit

💰 Fundraising Purpose

• Support: Raising money to support school programs
• Promotion: Promoting physical fitness and community spirit
• Funding: All funds from entry fees are given to various educational and special programs within the school
• Entries: Open to all participants in the 5K run and walk, along with a Fun Run
