Metro Way 5K & West Fest

Join UM Health-West on July 22 for the annual Metro Way 5K and our brand-new West Fest! The Metro Way 5K & West Fest presented by LMCU is a family-friendly event designed to bring the whole community together for one memorable day.

This year we’re introducing West Fest, a festival-style experience for children and families to enjoy both during and after the race. With food trucks, live music, inflatables, and lots of hands-on activities, West Fest will provide plenty of entertainment and fun for all ages.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the nursing excellence fund at UM Health-West, supporting the dedicated caregivers who go the extra mile for patients and families every day.

 

Run or Walk:

You can run or walk the 5K. It’s perfect for all paces!

 

Virtual 5K:

Run or walk on your own time, wherever you would like!

 

YMCA Youth Races:

Kids can join in on the fun, too, with our YMCA Youth Races held right before the 5K.

 

Peer to Peer Fundraising:

Participants can create a personal peer-to-peer fundraising page and invite friends and family to support them.

Whether you’re running, walking, or simply joining in on the fun, it’s a day built for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to see you there!
