Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 - Caledonia, MI

Who We Are

• Program Duration: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall.
• Age Range: The program is open for kids Pre-K through 8th grade.
• Events Offered: Each series includes the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile, and the 1 mile run.
• Point System: Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish.

Pricing

• Registration Fee: Covers the entire five (5) weeks of the series.
• Included Items: Registration includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal, and any sponsor giveaways.
• Non-Refundable: Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Early Bird Registration: Online early bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.

Challenger

• Adaptive Events: The series offers a Challenger Division for children with disabilities and/or special needs.
• Race Distance: This includes an adaptive 75 yard race.
• Support Allowed: Parents, siblings, and friends can be on the course to provide support.
• Equipment: Supportive devices such as crutches, braces, and wheelchairs are allowed on the course.

Single Day Racing

• Registration Timing: Opens 1 hour before each race and must be completed onsite.
• Fee Coverage: Covers one race only.
• Eligibility: Single day participants are not eligible for series scoring, overall results, or an event T-shirt.
• Upgrade Option: Participants may upgrade to the full series for scoring and a T-shirt, with instructions found HERE.

Awards

• Participation Medal: All participants receive a medal on Week 5!
• Trophies: Awarded to the overall top finishers in each division.
• Divisions: Awards are broken out by boys and girls in the following divisions:
