Fox Heritage Run

Event Overview

Bridging two communities together, the Fox Heritage Run is a unique and rewarding 8K running/walking event that winds along the Fox River and over the beautiful Nelson Family Heritage Crossing. This event is a great way to challenge yourself, enjoy a beautiful trail system, AND see some of the best views in two amazing communities!

Course Description

• Start Point: The course starts in the heart of Kaukauna.
• Route: Winds along the Fox River and crosses the Nelson Family Heritage Crossing into Little Chute.
• Trails: Participants will enjoy a portion of Heesakker Park trails and road miles in Little Chute and Kaukauna.
• Distance: The total distance is 8K, with an elevation gain of 103 feet.

Awards

• Winners: The top three overall male and female winners will receive awards.

Additional Details

• Participants: The race is open to runners and walkers of all levels. Families are especially encouraged to join in the fun!
• Water Stations: There will be two water stations along the course.
• Medical Support: There will be medical support on hand at the start and finish lines.
• Timing: The race will be chip-timed, and there will be a finisher medal for the 8K and Kids Run.

• Location: Kaukauna Municipal Services Building Parking Lot - Look for the Tent behind Pizza Hut
• Friday: 4-7pm
• Saturday: 6-7:30am
