Event Overview
New this year… introducing the Mummifying Marathon!!! So celebrate Halloween with a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Kids Fun Run on the trails at Stable View equestrian facility, sprawling over 1,000 acres of gently rolling hills bordered by canopies of forest.
Participant Benefits
- Finisher's Medal: Every participant will receive a finisher's medal.
- Event T-shirt: All participants will get a super cool t-shirt. Long sleeve t-shirts are guaranteed through October 15th, while short sleeve t-shirts will be available while they last!
- Post-Race Food: Enjoy great food after the race.
- Showers: Access to hot showers is provided for all participants.
Course and Awards
There will be 4 rest stops with water and Nuun. Overall awards go to the top 3 female/male finishers for the half marathon, 10K and the 5K. Awards will also be given for first place in various age groups.
- Ages Awarded: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-79.
- Costume Awards: Prizes for the best costumes include Most Unique, The Scariest, Best Superhero, and Best Family & Friends Group.
- Headless Horseman: Keep an eye out for the Headless Horseman galloping through the woods...

Accommodations
For those wishing to wake up near the Start Line or to linger longer after the race, Stable View offers contemporary lodging or RV Hook Ups. Participants can enjoy the peaceful country setting and are conveniently located near dining, sightseeing, and shopping in historic downtown Aiken. Further details, pictures, and booking for accommodations can be found on Airbnb or via email info@stableviewfarm.com to reserve directly with Stable View. All RV reservations must be made directly through Stable View.

Not a runner? No problem! You can still be part of the FUN on Saturday, October 25 at The Aiken Trailblazer! We're calling all enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event amazing. Volunteers are essential for cheering on participants, helping with race day operations, and adding to the fun atmosphere. Your energy and support can make all the difference for the runners!
