The Brooklynite Summer Half, 10K & 5K

Run Course

• Location: Fort Hamilton Base or Virtual Course
• Reference Address: 100th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn NY 11209
• Check-in: Fort Hamilton Base - Immediately after the entrance.
• Course Details: The Half Marathon course consists of 3 loops, 10K - 2 loops, 5K - 1 loop. Every loop will be timed in real time. Your family members will be able to track you every time you complete a loop! Start and finish are at the same point, just inside the base entrance.

Virtual Participation

• Option: Available for runners who want to be part of this from any part of the world.
• Requirements: Are you on a military base far away from NYC or just in NJ and can't get here? Join us and be part by running the same distance wherever you are and uploading your results.

Water Stations

• Availability: 3 Full stations
• Supplies: Water, Gatorade, and HUMA gels

Entry Fee

• Includes: Technical T-shirt: male & female cut
• Includes: Commemorative bib thereafter
• Includes: Die Cast Medal with full color ribbon
• Includes: Awards/Plaques for Top 3 overall Male and Female
• Includes: Awards/Plaques for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 19 & under, 20-29 until 70+

Event Details and Schedule

• Website: Please always check our website for updates.
• Packet Pick-up: 30 minutes before your wave start time.
• I.D.: Bring a government issued picture I.D.
• Bib: You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

Baggage Check-in

• Time: 1 hour before start.
• Instructions: Leave with tag from bib in plastic bag with volunteer in secure area.

Finisher Video and Pictures

• Availability: Online after the event.
• Livestream: Available on YouTube Channel.

Virtual Participants

• Receive: Shirt, finisher medal, and race bib by mail.
• Results: Run and upload results only on day of the race.
