About the Event
- Location: Oak Ridge Park in Union County, NJ, a runner's paradise.
- Course: Paved paths along manicured lawns, lined with birch, oak, and pine trees.
- Annual Tradition: 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Day event featuring a 5K, 10K, and half marathon.
- Participation: All participants receive a finisher medal and technical t-shirt.
Event Details
- Race Day: Arrive 45 minutes prior to your start time.
- Start Times: Half Marathon at 9:30 AM, 10K Race at 9:35 AM, 5K Race at 9:40 AM.
- Location: Start location is by the Oak Ridge Park.
- Weather Advisory: Start times may change due to weather conditions.
Course Support
- Hydration Stations: Traditional water and Gatorade support stations with paper cups.
- Energy Gels: Power gels will be handed out on course.
- Cleanliness: Trash receptacles and volunteers will be available for trash disposal.
Amenities
- Technicals: Technical T-shirt and die-cast finisher medal for all participants.
- Awards: Plaque awards for top 3 overall and for age groups of 10 years.
- Timing: Each loop is timed in real-time for tracking by family and friends.
- Post-Race Media: Video and images will be uploaded within 2 hours from the end of the race.

- Overall Awards: Top three awards to male and female winners.
- Age Group Awards: Age groups of 10 years starting at 13 & under, 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, through 70 & better.
