🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

Now in our 28th year, we invite you to run or walk at Duke Island Park for our youth's future on April 18th, 2026.

👟 Race Details

• Something for Everyone: Our sanctioned 5K is for everyone from the competitive runner to the joyful walker.
• Points for Runners: USATF-NJ members can earn 500 points in the 2025 Grand Prix competition.
• Alternative Distance: For those not up for the full 3.1 miles, register for our 2 Mile Walk.
• Virtual Participation: Busy that day? We’ve got a virtual event.

👶 Kids' Sprint

• Sprint Joy: While a 5K brings excitement to the day, kids sprinting brings pure joy.
• Age Grouping: Children aged 2 to 7 are grouped with those who are the same age.
• Experience: Kids are tasked with sprinting to the finish line, receiving a bib and finisher medal.
• Registration Fee: Registration is $10.
