The New Jersey Fall Half Marathon, 10k, 5k @ Battlefield State Park 2026

Event Overview

To race on a course on the Monmouth Battlefield is to run through the site of the Battle of Monmouth fought on June 28, 1778, a pivotal engagement in the Revolutionary War. This is a National Historic Landmark, the highest level of recognition bestowed on our nation's historic sites. This is not just a race, it's become a runner's right of passage. So join us for our inaugural event to make your run as revolutionary as this place is to all of us.

Race Features

• Chip timed: Experience accurate timing with chips attached to your bib.
• Live tracking: Keep up-to-date with a live video stream and online tracking.
• Support stations: Enjoy support stations at every mile along the course.
• Course variety: Half marathoners tackle a four loop 3.27 mile course: 10K runners run two loops of 3.1 miles: and 5K runners complete one loop of 3.1 miles.

Event Details and Schedule

• Bib pick-up: Start at 8:30 am.
• Race start: 9:30 am (Subject to change due to weather conditions).
• ID requirement: Bring picture I.D.
• Timing chip: You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

Baggage Check-in

• Check-in time: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
• Bag tagging: Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.
• Retrieval: Show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.

Race Day Schedule

• Preliminary results: Will be posted around 11:00 a.m.
• Awards ceremony: 11:15 – 11:30 a.m.
• Post Race Celebration: Enjoy muffins, cider donuts, fruits, and drinks!

There are no transfers, no credits, no refunds. Race Directors reserve the right to change the date, modify or cancel the race. If this is the case, your entry may be transferred to another event.
