Get ready for the Asbury Park Half Marathon and other Spring Half Marathons.

Program Overview

• Ability Groups: We divide up into groups based on ability.
• Suitable For: Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.
• Support: Supported runs with water and Gatorade stops.
• Extras: Post run refreshments and a training shirt.

Training Details

• Training Plan: All participants will receive a training plan to follow.
• Start Date: Starts on Saturday January 3, 2026.
• Meeting Schedule: Meet mostly on Saturday mornings, with Sundays reserved for bad weather or conflicts.
• Start Time: Plan for the first few weeks at 8 am, dependent on weather.

Running Locations

Weekly group runs starting mostly in Asbury Park. Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.

Coaching Support

Coaching and training tips to help you succeed.

Program Fees

• Duration: 14 week program.
• Cost: $62.00 before December 1, 2025.
• Late Registration: $67 after December 1 or until full.
