- Scenic Route: A scenic, riverfront 5K
- Team Options: Run solo or team up for a relay
- Charity Focus: 100% of all proceeds goes to Fulfill (Monmouth/Ocean County Foodbank)

Race Details
- 5K Course: 2-loop course for a full 5K: runners receive halfway split and final finish time
- Relay 5K: Each runner does a 1.5 mile loop: leadoff leg runs first and hands off baton
- Team Matters: Choose division (Family, Co-Worker, Male, Female, Mixed, Student) and come up with a team name
- Registration Limit: Capped at 250 participants
