River Rock 'N Run 5K 2026

Race Overview

• Start Time: The race will begin at 9am! (This includes runners, walkers, and relay)
• Bib Pickup: Bib pickup will begin at 8am inside the River Rock.
• Location: River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar, Brick, NJ.

Event Details

• Race Type: A scenic, riverfront 5K. Run the 5K solo, or team up with a partner for the relay.
• Proceeds: 100% of all proceeds go to Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season.
• Annual Event: Join us for the 5th Annual River Rock 'N Run 5K.
• Post-Race: Race registration includes the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!

Registration Information

• Shirts: T-shirts are only guaranteed for the first 200 runners registered.
• Date Change: NEW THIS YEAR: The race will be held on SUNDAY, November 22nd.
• Participant Limit: The race will be capped at 250 people, so spread the word and register today!

Race Formats

• 5K: Run the 2-loop course for a full 5K. Runners will receive a halfway split, as well as final 5K finish time.
• Relay 5K: Runners can partner up and run the 5K as a relay with each runner doing a 1.5 mile loop.
• Team Structure: Leadoff leg runs the 1.5 mile loop with the baton, and then hands off to the anchor leg.
• Results: Each runner will receive their split times in the results, as well as the team 5K relay time!

Awards and Community

• Age Group Awards: Will be given out while you enjoy the amazing food courtesy of The River Rock Restaurant.
• Fundraising: Over $26,000 has been raised so far in our first four years.
• Community Impact: A great race for a great cause.
• Join Us: All participants then join together inside the River Rock Restaurant for the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!
