Freeman 5K & 1-Mile Walk for Autism

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Freeman 5K and 1-Mile Walk for Autism will be held on Saturday, April 18, at 8:00 am at Bill & Virginia Leffen Center for Autism. The 5K and the walk will both begin at 8:00 am.

🎟️ Packet Pickup

• Friday: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm on April 17
• Saturday: 6:45 am – 7:45 am on April 18

💵 Entry Fees

• 5K:
  • Cost: $35 (includes free T-shirt if registered by April 1)
  • Finishers Medal: All participants receive a finishers medal.
  • Refund Policy: All payments final. No refunds.
• Walk for Autism:
  • Adult walker with t-shirt: $25
  • Adult walker: $15 (shirt is not included)
  • Child walker with t-shirt: $20 (ages 3 – 12)
  • Child walker: $10 (ages 3 – 12, shirt not included)
  • Free Entry: Kids 2 and under walk for free!
  • Price Increase: Price increases by $5.00 per event on March 21.

🏆 Team Recognition

• Top Teams: Recognize Top Three Freeman Teams with most participants.
• Fundraising Teams: Recognize Top Three Autism Teams with most funds raised. (For the purpose of the fundraising competition, online donations must be made by 11:59 pm on April 16, and cash/check donations will be accepted until 5:00 pm on April 17.)

🏅 Awards

Awards given to the top overall male and female plus first, second, and third in each age category.

• Age Categories: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+
