Join us for second annual Strut For Mutts 2026 (Minnesota), Rescue Network’s premier fundraising walk/run uniting animal lovers, adopters, and advocates in support of our life-saving mission. This uplifting community event celebrates the power of second chances while raising vital funds to support our growing rescue efforts.

• Adoption Success: In 2025 we had over 2,000 adoptions and over one million in vetting expenses.
• Future Aspirations: We anticipate 2026 numbers to be even higher.

Bring your furry companions, your walking shoes, and your heart for rescue. Whether you're walking in memory of a beloved pet or celebrating your own adopted companion, let’s strut, step by step, toward a better world for mutts.

Dog Participation Guidelines

Dogs that are not aggressive toward people or other animals are welcomed on the almost 3K event. Dogs must be current on vaccines and always leashed (retractable leashes are prohibited).

Fundraising for Rescue Network

• Automatic Fundraiser: After registering, a fundraiser is automatically set up.
• Initial Goal: The goal is $200 but you can adjust to whatever you would like!
• Penalty Information: You will be required to select "I agree to meet the Fundraiser minimum" however, there is no penalty if you do not!
• Incentives for Fundraising: Raise different amounts to receive various rewards.

Fundraising Rewards

• Raise $200: Race fee refunded.
• Raise $300: Race fee refunded and free item from our merch stand (Shirts, bags, stickers, Shasta Stuffie, & more!).
• Raise $400: Race fee refunded and free item from our merch stand, and name a future dog or cat.
• Raise $500 or more: Race fee refunded and free item from our merch stand, and name a future litter of puppies or kittens.
