Join us for a fun morning of running or walking at our location on Harriet Island along the beautiful Mississippi River and the downtown Saint Paul skyline.
Family Friendly
- Activities: Perfect for the entire family - run or walk the 5K, free Kids Run, and post-event celebration with awards ceremony.
- Course: Certified 5K course (Certification Code MN 18048RR) and a chip-timed event.
Awards and Prizes
- Top Finishers: Prize money will be presented to the top three male and female overall ($200, $150, $100).
- Age Divisions: 5-year age division awards.
- New Categories: 1st place masters (age 40-49), grandmasters (age 50-59), and super grandmasters (age 60+) male and female will also receive awards.
- Special Award: Special award for the best age graded performance.
Charitable Contribution
All race proceeds will go to the Rene and Brian McCoy Cancer Recovery Research Monarch Fund at Hamline University.
