Frosty 5K Cancellation Notice

• Cancellation: The Frosty 5K scheduled for this Saturday has been cancelled.
• Permit Issue: The City of Waukesha has cancelled our permit due to the pending weather and our hands are tied without the permit.
• Understanding: We know this is disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
• No Refund Policy: Although we have a no-refund policy that participants agreed to during registration, we will make this right.

Registration Options

• Automatic Deferrals: All registrations will automatically be deferred to the Frosty 5K in 2027.
• Transfers: If you’d rather not wait, we’re also happy to transfer your registration to any other Silver Circle–owned 5K or 10K.
• Validity: Deferrals/transfers will be valid for 2 years.
• Instructions: We’ll share instructions soon on how to choose an alternate event if you’d like.

Shirt Pickup Details

• Pickup Time: If you purchased a long sleeve shirt, it will be available for pickup next week (details coming soon).
• Next Event: Shirts will also be available at the next Chilly Willy Winter Run Series event.
