Red Coyote + Altra WOMEN'S Trail Camp- Vail Valley, CO

Join us for a 2 day/3 night trail experience for women in Colorado!

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Girls Weekend: Did someone say girls weekend? This year Altra is hosting an ALL WOMENS Trail Camp with Red Coyote. Build connection and experience the trails in Colorado surrounded by old and new friends.
• Experience: Approximately 20 runners, fully supported and guided trail runs/hikes by Paragon Guides (all paces welcome), breathtaking routes, group connection, team meals, and gear from our sponsors. Prepare to spend your days on the trails!
• Physical Preparation: Please note: All runners should be capable of running 8-12 miles and physically prepared to spend 5-7 hours on the trail. We welcome all paces, however if you knowingly struggle with altitude sickness, this might not be the best experience for you!

ACCOMMODATIONS

• Group Stay: We will be staying at a local Airbnbs as a group.
• Location: One Riverfront Condos: https://eastwest.com/property/one-riverfront-condos/
• Room Options: There are three Airbnb room options for this year:
• Room Types: KING ROOM (SINGLE), KING ROOM (SHARED), BUNK ROOM (SHARED).

GEAR

• Gear Provided: Everyone attending will be outfitted in gear from our sponsor, Altra, valued at $350+!
• Meals: Two team dinners and one post trail lunch is included in your registration. The Airbnb will be supplied with a few breakfast/snack grab and go items, like bagels, coffee, yogurts, etc.
• On-Trail Snacks: For other meals and on-trail snacks there are lots of easy and delicious options in Vail Valley.

GUIDES

• Experience: Paragon Guides will choose, brief, and lead us on our trails each day. They are experienced in backcountry travel.
• Transportation: Red Coyote and Paragon Guides will provide transportation to and from our trail experiences both days!

COST

• Registration Fee: Our support from our generous sponsor Altra allows the registration cost to be only $250!
• What's Covered: This cost covers gear + food + trail transport + guide services.
• Cost Breakdown: $200 (food + trail transport + guide service) + $200 double room for 3 nights ($66/night) = $400 total.
• Single Room Option: $200 (food + trail transport + guide) + $450 single room for 3 nights ($150/night) = $650 total.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

• DAY 1: WELCOME DINNER: 5pm - 8pm: Taco Night Trail Mixer, icebreakers, and drinks at Airbnb.
• DAY 2: HIT THE TRAILS: 9am: Team transport to trail, 10am: Guided 8 mile route, 12pm - 3pm: Team Lunch & post run hangs, 3pm: Team transport back to town, 4pm - 6pm: FREE TIME - hot tub, brewery, mountain time, 6:30pm - 8:30pm: Pizza Dinner and drinks at Airbnb.
• DAY 3: SIMILAR TO DAY 2, NEW LOCATION.
• DAY 4: BACK TO REALITY.
