Celebrate empowerment, confidence, and community at our Spring 5K! Whether you run, walk, or cheer, this event is for everyone. Join hundreds of girls, families, and supporters as we cross the finish line together and celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our participants.

Packet Pick-up Options

• Friday May 15: Complete Runner, 3170 S Linden Rd, Flint from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM
• Saturday May 16: Playmakers, 2299 W. Grand River Ave, Okemos from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Race Day: MSU, Conrad Hall, 943 Conrad Rd, East Lansing from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM

Results

Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group placement will be live on this site. Timing done by Michigan Running Foundation. Age groups include:

• 9 and under, 10-14
• 15-19, 20-24
• 25-29, 30-34
• 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

No-shows to the race will forfeit their shirt and finisher medal.

Parking Information

Parking on MSU campus is free on Sundays. Recommended lots/ramps are Parking Ramp 3 or lots 112, 113, or 33. See PDF below with map of lots.
