Join the New Milford Parks & Recreation Department on the last Saturday in July for one of the area’s most beloved racing traditions! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, this event offers something for everyone.
Celebrating its 23rd year, the 5K delivers a scenic and challenging route through beautiful New Milford. The 8 Mile Road Race, now in its 58th year, is the third oldest race in Connecticut and one of the most demanding courses in the region.
