Event Description

• Tradition: The Give 'N Gobble 5K Thanksgiving Day Race is a fun-filled annual holiday tradition for Dickson County and many families in Middle Tennessee!
• Course: The 5K Race and One Mile Walk/Run starts on Historic Main Street in Downtown Dickson and finishes at Holland Park, next to the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum.
• Participants: The race attracts many professional runners from all over Tennessee and the United States, while also being a family-centered tradition.
• Certification: The challenging 5K course is officially certified by USA Track and Field, and both the 5K and One Mile races are RFID (chip) timed.

Charity Impact

• Fundraising: Since the first race in 2014, the Give ‘N Gobble has raised over $534,000 for the Dickson County Help Center.
• Support: The Dickson County Help Center provides aid in the form of food, clothing, prescribed medication, temporary shelter, and limited financial assistance.
• Mission: Assistance is offered to the citizens of Dickson County on an emergency basis with love and dignity.
