Glens Falls Hospital Aloha Family 5k and 1 Mile Fun Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Description

Weather: Rain or shine, this fun, festive family-friendly race kicks-off at Haviland Cove Park Pavilion and runs along the beautiful and historic Feeder Canal.
Course: New this year, the return course will follow the new Pruyn Island trail along the Hudson River. Be inspired by beach tunes as you walk or run the off-street course and welcome in summer.
Awards Celebration: Stick around for the awards celebration afterwards with music, kids' activities, and photo opportunities. Come dressed ready to hula in your best Hawaiian gear!
Kids: All children aged 12 and under will receive a finishers medal.

Chip Timing: The 5K race will be chip-timed and takes place on flat, level, paved roads as well as hard packed gravel. All ages are welcome.
Accompanied Children: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
1 Mile Walk: Those participating in the 1 mile walk will not receive a chipped race bib. Jogging strollers are permitted.
Registration: Walk-up registration will be available the day of the race.

Start Times: Registration begins at 7:30 am: 5K Race starts at 9:00 am: 1 Mile Walk starts at 9:05 am.
Pricing: Adult: $30.00: Children (6 yrs to 17 yrs): $15.00: 5 and Under: Free.
Employee Discount: Glens Falls Hospital Employees: $25.
Day of Race Registration: $35.00 (available from 7:30 am - 8:45 am on race day).

Shirt Guarantee: All 5K registered participants are guaranteed an athletic race tee-shirt if registered by May 16, 2025. If registered after May 16, race shirts are not guaranteed but we'll try!
Awards: Awards to the overall top three male and female 5K finishers.
Participation Medal: All children 12 and under will receive a participation medal.
