Bacon Hill Bonanza 5K/10K Road Race, 1-Mile Kids Fun Run AND Virtual 5k/10k/1 Mile Run or Walk

🏃‍♂️ Bacon Hill Bonanza Overview

We invite you to be a part of the 13th Annual Bacon Hill Bonanza!! The in-person event is a USATF sanctioned 5K or 10K. The 10K is part of the Adirondack USATF 2025 Grand Prix Series.

🥧 Winners & Treats

• Age group winners: 5 year increments
• Prize: receive a homemade pie!
• Finish line treats: Kings Chocolate Milk & homemade goodies for all.

🕘 Race Details

• Start Times: The 5K and 10K Road Races both start at 10:00 AM.
• Location: Bacon Hill Church, 560 Route 32N, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
• Kids Fun Run: 1-mile, out & back race starting at 9:30 AM.

🌍 Virtual Race Options

• Flexibility: Choose to run/walk at the location of your choice.
• Distance: Options include 1 mile, 5K, or 10K.
• Course Availability: Bonanza Courses will be open and marked from April 1 - 26th.
• Traffic Advisory: Course will NOT be closed to traffic: please avoid running during race hours.

💖 Charitable Contributions

• Proceeds Allocation: 10% of the 2025 proceeds go to the Hudson Crossing Park, www.hudsoncrossingpark.org.
• Remaining Proceeds: Will go to the Bacon Hill Church, www.baconhillchurch.org.

👕 Participation Perks

• Shirts: The first 300 registered participants receive a T-Shirt. (Sizes are not guaranteed - but we do our best!)
• Family Discount: Additional family members registering for the 5K/10K and 1 Mile receive $5 off! (Does not apply to the fun run).
• Virtual Runners: Will receive a shirt for participation in the 1 Mile Run/Walk, 5K, and 10K options.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday night, April 25th, from 5:30 - 6:30 PM at the Bacon Hill Church.
• Race Day Pickup: Saturday, April 26, from 8:30 - 9:30 at the Church.
• Location: 560 Route 32N, Schuylerville.

PLEASE NOTE: No animals are allowed at USATF Sanctioned events (including the Bonanza). Thank you for understanding.
