Bacon Hill Bonanza 5K/10K Road Race, 1-Mile Kids Fun Run AND Virtual 5k/10k/1 Mile Run or Walk

Welcome to the Bacon Hill Bonanza!

We invite you to be a part of the 14th Annual Bacon Hill Bonanza!! The in-person event is a USATF sanctioned 5K or 10K. The 10K is part of the Adirondack USATF 2026 Grand Prix Series.

Awards and Refreshments

• Age group winners: 5 year increments receive a homemade pie!
• Finish line treats: Kings Chocolate Milk & homemade goodies for all.

Event Details

• Start Time: 5K and 10K Road Races start at 10:00 AM.
• Location: Bacon Hill Church, 560 Route 32N, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
• Kids Fun Run: 1-mile out & back race starting at 9:30 AM.

Virtual Options

• Distance Selection: Choose from 1 mile, 5K, or 10K.
• Flexible Location: Run or walk where you like.
• Course Availability: Bonanza courses open and marked from April 1 - May 1.
• Traffic Advisory: The course is NOT closed to traffic. Please do not run your virtual race during race hours on our course.

Beneficiary Information

• Charitable Proceeds: 10% of the proceeds go to S.A.F.E.R. Schuylerville Area Food & Emergency Relief.
• Supporting the Church: The remainder supports the Bacon Hill Church. Visit baconhillchurch.org.

Registration Details

• First 300 Registrants: Receive a T-Shirt (sizes not guaranteed).
• Family Discount: Additional family members registering for the 5K/10K and 1 Mile receive $5 off (not applicable to fun run).
• Virtual Runners: Will also receive a shirt for participation in the 1 Mile Run/Walk, 5K, and 10K options.

Packet Pickup

• Date and Time: Friday, May 1st, from 5:30 - 6:30 PM and Saturday, May 2nd, from 8:30 - 9:30 AM.
• Location: Bacon Hill Church, 560 Route 32N, Schuylerville 12871.

Event Guidelines

• No Animals Allowed: USATF sanctioned events, including the Bonanza.
• Understanding Appreciated: Thank you for your cooperation.
