• Registration: 7:30 pm
• 5K Start: 8:30 pm

🌟 Event Description

• Join Us: Ready, set, GLOW! The Wellness Committee at Jones Memorial Hospital invites you to participate in the 11th GLOW 5K Run & Walk.
• Family Focus: Family Wellness remains the focus of our event, featuring paved roads, airplane displays for kids, and runway lights.
• Entertainment: Enjoy prize giveaways for participants and DJ’d music to energize you for the Run & Walk.

🛑 Safety

• Footwear: Wear proper footwear.
• Lighting: Bring flashlights or wear headlamps.
• Traffic Control: Tarantine Road will be blocked from traffic shortly before, during, and just past the end of the race.

• Invite Friends: Bring your friends and family together for this unique and fun night event!

💵 Entry Fees

• 0-10 years old: Free
• 11 & older: $35.00

🎁 Amenities

• Shirts: Unisex Tech Shirts for participants aged 6 years and over who register online by April 17th.
• Timing: Chip Timing will be provided.
• Prizes: Door prize giveaways for all participants.

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Finisher Medal to all participants.
• Overall Winners: Medals awarded to Overall Male and Female winners.
• Divisions: Overall winners will NOT be division winners.
• Top Finishers: Medals awarded to the 1st place finishers in each age division.

• Categories: Men’s and Women’s.
• Age Groups: U14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

• Weather: This is a rain or shine event.
• Visibility: The course will be clearly marked with glow sticks and solar lighting.
• Terrain: Be aware of the uneven terrain.
