This is the 29th Annual event Co-Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce & M&T Bank and is open to the public. Race starts at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 24, 2026. Starts and ends at East Rochester School District campus, 200 Woodbine Avenue.

Participant Benefits

• T-Shirt and Medal: Karknocker DriFit t-shirt and medal for the first 200 registrants (To be eligible to receive an event t-shirt, registrations must be received by 5:00 pm July 6, 2026.)
• Water: Water at start, at mile markers, and after race.
• Prize Money:
  • Male: 1st $500, 2nd $400, 3rd $300, 4th $200, 5th $100
  • Female: 1st $500, 2nd $400, 3rd $300, 4th $200, 5th $100
  • Masters Male/Female: 1st $75 each
  • Course Record Male/Female: 1st $100 each (Male 14:37, Female 16:23 2024 Anna Kostarellis)
• Age Groups: The age groups are as follows: 9 and Under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79. The Top 3 Men and Top 3 Women in each age group receive MEDALS.

Cost: $30 + fee | $35 + fee on race day (CARD ONLY ON RACE DAY - NO CASH/CHECK)
