Training Program Overview
- Experience Level: Whether you’re an experienced marathoner or looking to challenge yourself, this program is for you.
- Duration: 12 week training program covering runs, cross training, and form exercises.
- Group Runs: Participate in 32 scheduled group runs with coaches available for questions.
- Attire: Participants will receive their choice of a running singlet or long sleeve shirt.
Group Runs
- Schedule: Meet every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30 PM.
- Location: Bonnabel Boat Launch for consistent training.
- Long Runs: First and third Sunday of each month at 8 AM.
Exclusive Events
- Brand Testing: Engage with various shoe and fitness brands during select runs.
- Opportunity: Test products before making a purchase.
Coaching and Community
- On-Site Coaching: Coaches will guide you for a successful race experience.
- Support: Get assistance from goal setting to crossing the finish line.
