Vaquero Strong 5K

Get ready to run, connect, and celebrate community at the Vaquero Strong 5K hosted by the PTSA and ASB of Irvine High School!

Join us on Saturday, October 24, 2026 for a fun and energizing event that brings together students, families, neighbors, and runners from across Southern California. Whether you're racing for a personal best or walking with friends, this 5K is all about showing what it means to be Vaquero Strong.

Every participant will receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal, with top runner awards by age group up for grabs. Stick around before and after the race to enjoy coffee, food, and treats available for purchase—it’s more than a run, it’s a celebration!

Proceeds from the Vaquero Strong 5K directly support Irvine High students and staff, including updates to the Mental Health Wellness Center, teacher mini grants, student scholarships, and recognition programs like the Spur & Heritage Awards—along with many other impactful campus initiatives.

$30.00  early  October 1 price goes to $35
$20.00 18 & under october 1 goes to $25
$12.00 5 & under

All age division, 3 deep. UP to 70 plus.
