Course Information
- Course Description: The DCR Middlesex Fells Reservation Skyline Trail provides participants with an epic outing of roots, rocks, and elevation.
- Course Marking: The Skyline Trail is marked with white blazes throughout.
- Course Map: The course map is available here.
- Loop Details: The course consists of loops of the 8 mile white blazed 'Skyline Trail' at the Middlesex Fells.
Mandatory Gear
- Headlamp: Required for participants starting the last loop if starting within 30 minutes of the cutoff.
- Hydration System: Bring your own hydration system (bottle/cup/vest/etc.) as this is a cupless race.
- Aid Stations: One at the start/finish and one halfway through the loop.
- Restroom Facilities: Portable restrooms will be available at both aid stations.
Parking & Travel
- Parking Location: 4 N Border Road, Stoneham, Massachusetts, 02180, Hall Memorial Pool & Splash Pad.
- Walking Distance: This is a 0.5 mile walk from the start/finish area.
- Carpooling: Participants are encouraged to carpool.
- Overflow Parking: Will be directed on Fallon Road by volunteers.
