The Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation's Feathers 5K is a community based and family friendly fund run and walk in which participants can "flock together" to help make the financial burden of cancer as light as a feather! The Feathers 5K will take place on Saturday, June 6th at 8:00 a.m. at Oglethorpe University. The Feathers 5K benefits the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF), a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce the additional stress that a cancer diagnosis could bring by providing assistance to patients in financial need. ACCF is dedicated to providing this critical financial assistance to adults living with cancer across our 17-county metro Atlanta service area. In 2025, ACCF provided over $479,000 in assistance to more than 1,700 metro Atlanta cancer patients in need.
