Race Day Schedule
- Packet Pickup: Starts Friday at 4:00 pm and day-of registration at 7:15 am.
- Start Times:
- 8:30 AM - 10 K Competitive Canicross Start
- 9:00 AM - 5K Competitive Canicross Start
- 9:30 AM - 5K Casual Dog Friendly Run Start
- 10:00 AM - Bel-Mutt Stakes 1.25-mile Run Start
- Water Stations: There will be 3 on the course at 1.0-mile intervals.
- Professional Photography: Available at various points along the course.
Safety Measures
- Dog Policies: Dogs must be leashed and controlled at all times: a "NO GREET" policy is enforced.
- Emergency Response: Competitors may carry cell phones for emergencies: all race personnel will have phones.
- Briefings: Runners will receive important safety and course information before race start.
- Medical Plan: Assistance available at aid stations for both human and canine injuries.
Awards and Prizes
- Competitive 10K: Prizes for top male and female finishers, including masters and junior categories.
- Competitive 5K: Similar prizes for top finishers as the 10K.
- Bel-Mutt Stakes: Awards for overall male and female winners.
- Dog Friendly 5K: Unique awards for fun themes instead of placements.
